What's on this month?

  • It’s Yates Springtime at Araluen Botanic Park, in Roleystone W.A., from August 30th  to September 20th. 150,000 magnificent tulips and more than 30,000 other gorgeous spring bulbs will be on display, in amongst a beautiful park filled with exotic and native plants. 
  • The Clivia Society of NSW is holding their fabulous spring clivia show on September 14th & 15th at the Thornleigh Community Centre. There will be breathtaking displays showcasing the latest in clivia breeding, plants for sale as well as informative demonstrations and talks.   • Floriade in Canberra starts on September 14th and is Australia’s biggest celebration of spring. This year’s theme is ‘World in Bloom’, where you can see more than one million blooms together with lots of fantastic stalls, live music and entertainment.   • The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a spectacular floral event that is running from September 20th – 29th in Toowoomba. Parks will be a riot of colour, you can visit award winning local gardens and watch the grand parade. For more details head to www.tcof.com.au.
